After spending eight years as a school teacher, Heather dedicated over a decade to working as a school enrollment specialist on Blackbaud’s K–12 Education team, where she assisted hundreds of schools. Now as a consultant, Heather specializes in helping organizations effectively implement Blackbaud’s Enrollment Management System and Financial Aid Management software programs to improve their daily operations. Heather assists organizations with all aspects of enrollment, tuition, and financial aid, offering best practices and solutions to common challenges. While her specialty is admissions and enrollment consulting, she can also help with other Blackbaud technology.
