Jefferson Packer has been active as a collaborative pianist and baritone since moving to San Francisco over two decades ago. As the bass soloist at Calvary Presbyterian Church, he leads sectionals from the keyboard in addition to his singing duties. He was a staff accompanist at Santa Clara University, and has done accompaniment work for the San Francisco Symphony, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, and Pocket Opera, as well as multiple recitals with singers and instrumentalists. He holds a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from San Francisco State University, where he was a student of William Corbett Jones. He has also studied voice privately for over fifteen years, and is currently studying with Dr. Julia Nielsen.
