YWCP Concert COVID-19 Protocols

Full vaccination is required for all attendees of “Boundless Grace.” Full vaccination is defined as two doses of Pfizer or Modera vaccines, completed by February 5, 2022, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine completed by February 5, 2022. This applies to all attendees, regardless of age. Vaccination status, and photo ID, will be checked at the door.
A face covering is required for entry into this performance and must be worn at all times while inside. Face masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops or similar to hold in place. Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.
Patrons must be asymptomatic and without recent known exposure to anyone with COVID.
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I undertake these risks freely. I also acknowledge that I will abide by the YWCP and Grace Cathedral protocols around COVID-19.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE 

Please self-assess your health before leaving home by considering the following questions:   

    • Within the past 10 days, have you been diagnosed with, or tested positive for, COVID-19?
    • In the past 10-14 days, have you had close contact with anyone who has COVID-19, during their contagious period?
    • In the last 24 hours, including today, have you had any of the symptoms below, that is new or not explained by another condition?
      • A cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?
      • A fever of 100.4°F/38°C or higher?
      • Chills, fatigue, or muscle and body aches?
      • Headache or a sore throat?
      • A persistent runny nose?
      • Diarrhea?
      • A sudden loss of taste or smell?

By entering the building, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and answered “no” to all these questions.

Don’t forget your mask. A face covering is required for entry into the concert and must be worn at all times. Face masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops or similar to hold in place. Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.

Don’t forget your tickets. Before leaving home, make sure you have your print-at-home ticket or e-ticket available on your mobile device, if applicable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS   

 

What are the COVID-19 testing requirements for attending a concert? All patrons MUST BE ASYMPTOMATIC AND WITHOUT RECENT KNOWN EXPOSURE TO SOMEONE COVID+, and are required to show proof, prior to entering the building, of either a negative COVID-19 lab test (not more than 72 hours before the event) or full vaccination.  We also request that patrons complete symptoms screenings.

What is the timeline for receiving my negative COVID-19 test results? 
Test results need to be administered no longer than 72 hours  before your concert.

How do patrons present their negative COVID-19 test results? 
Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of a negative COVID-19 test result. Please note that test result documentation must be directly from the healthcare provider that performed the test with an appropriate ID matching the name on the COVID-19 test result.

What are the COVID-19 vaccination requirements for attending a YWCP event? All patrons will be required to present either proof of a negative COVID-19 test or record of full vaccination. Full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose regimen of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine administered TWO WEEKS or more in advance of the concert or event to be attended. Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of their full vaccination card with them to the concert with appropriate ID matching the name on the vaccination card.

How do patrons present their vaccine documentation at a YWCP event?
Patrons must bring an electronic, photo, or paper copy of a relevant COVID-19 vaccination record to the concert. Vaccination documentation must be a copy of the CDC card issued or a record of vaccination directly from the healthcare provider who administered the vaccine with an appropriate ID matching the name on the proof of vaccination.

Do I have to wear a mask at YWCP events?
A face covering is required for entry into all YWCP events and must be worn at all times in accordance with the health and safety guidelines from the City and County of San Francisco. Face masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops or similar to hold in place. Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.
